🗓️ Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unmodified, and in the same condition as received.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

🚚 Damaged During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, we’ve got you covered.

✔ Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
✔ Include clear photos of:

  • The damaged item

  • The shipping box and packaging

Once confirmed, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full or partial refund (depending on the case)

❌ Not Eligible for Returns or Refunds

Returns and refunds do not apply if:

  • The item was damaged during play, handling, or misuse

  • The item broke due to drops, force, or improper use

  • Normal wear and tear from use

  • Custom or personalized orders (unless they arrive damaged)

⚠️ Our figures are articulated display/collector items, not toys for rough play.

💸 Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged

📦 Return Shipping

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • If the return is due to a shipping damage error, we will cover replacement shipping
