Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or seasonal demand (especially during holidays).

  • Canada: 2โ€“8 business days

  • United States: 5โ€“12 business days

  • International: 8โ€“25 business days

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their country.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

For orders where taxes are collected at checkout (e.g.,ย  VAT/IOSS), this information will be included with the shipment to avoid double charges.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct.

  • We are not responsible for packages delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect address.

  • If a package is returned, the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs.

  • If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

    • The damaged item

    • The shipping box and packaging
